Standing Bodies, 2014
My sculptures are fantasy objects that explore beauty, desire, and femininity. The forms have reference to the female body and are dripping, bulging, oozing, and expanding. Some of the pieces reference the form of teardrops or fluid. I am interested in the ways in which fluid flows from the body. Also, the pieces relate to the idea of growth, multiplication and expansion.
